She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rueben Hendrickson and Hazel Hendrickson (Carlson); her husband Harold Hovestol; her sons, Tom Hovestol (Carey), Mark Hovestol (Holly) and Jon Hovestol (Helen); her daughter-in-law Martha Hovestol; her sister-in-law Ruth Wallem; and her son David.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Calvary Community Church or Pacific Garden Mission.
