It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Jacobsen in Golden, Illinois, born in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Peterson and Clara Peterson (Kallman); her husband Carl; and her sisters, Gertrude Horak (Henry), Lorraine Kahl (Robert) and Mildred Anderson (Wayne).
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carol Rees (Wayne), Mikey Ryg (Jim) and Norman Jacobsen (Dawn); her niece Sue Peterson; her nephews, Peter Kahl, Karl Horak and Paul Horak; and her granddaughter Kristin Hunsaker. She is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren; 18 step great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
