She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ippensen and Lenora McVey Ippensen; her sons, Stanley Lee and Michael Andrew Hughes; her grandsons, Bradley and Brent Hughes; her brother Kenneth Ippensen; and her son-in-law Richard Hada.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Eugene Hughes; and her children, Larry Hughes (Karen) of Golden, IL, Connie Job of Golden, IL, Joan Flesner (Ray) of Golden, IL, Nancy Hada of Aurora, CO, Ron Hughes (Phyllis) of Golden, IL, Lana Neisen (Dennis) of Quincy, IL and Randy Hughes (DiAnne) of Quincy, IL. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
