He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Kinder and Rose Kinder (Topmeyer); and his sisters, Helen Schulte (Tony), Doris (Fred), Weishaar (Ray Praul) and Virginia Rose (Jerome).
He is survived by: his wife Gerry (Bick); his children, Michelle 'Shelley Kinder, Susan Kennedy (Dave) of St. Charles, MO and Bruce Kinder (Patti) of O'Fallon, MO.; his grandchildren, Bethany Wittman (Mike) of Jerseyville, Lindsay Welsh (Cody) of Marshall, IL, Justin Kennedy (Niki) of St. Peters, MO, Kyle and Blake Kinder of O'Fallon, MO.; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Henry Wittman, Vivienne, Van Welsh and Laci Kennedy.
