He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Gass and Dolores Gass (Fiedler); and his brother Thomas Gass. He is survived by: his children, Nora Gass (Justin Reeg) of Golconda, IL and Benjiman Gass (Tonya) of Okawville, IL; his siblings, Ann Leonard, Jane Boron (Michael), Michael Gass (Kathy) and Gary Gass (Christina); his grandchildren, Lily Gass and Jack Gass; and his sister-in-law Andria Gass.
