He is survived by: his wife Mary Rhoads; his children, Dale Rhoads (Penny) of Evansville, IN, John Rhoads of Urbana, MO, Patricia Rhoads of Golconda, IL, Rosanna Howell and Ann Rhoads; his grandchildren, Tiffany Jones, Timothy Rhoads, Jaleesa Rhoads, Ryan J. Rhoads, Trista Rhoads, Skylar Rhoads and John Rhoads, Jr.; and his stepgrandchild Jason D. Rhoads. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; nineteen foster children.
