He is survived by: his wife Edith Anne Ebbert; his sons, Gregory Michael Cooper of Arlington Heights, IL and Bradley Allen Cooper of St. Louis, MO; his niece Cathy Payne Stach; and his nephews, Jeffrey Payne of Rockville, MD. and Steven Payne of Rockville, MD..
