He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Manns and Dorothy Manns (Kenney); his son Brian Manns; and his siblings, J. Terrance Manns and Virginia Rath.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Manns (Kreitzer); his daughter Martina Holmes (Michael) of Godfrey; his granddaughters, Emily Ross (Zachary) and Rachel Holmes (Gavin McGuire) of Godfrey; and his sisters, Carol Manns of Alton and Mary Lou Horn of Tuscaloosa, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
