He is survived by: his children, Chase Carter (Sara) of Rodgers, AR and Janet McNear (Darren) of Brighton; his grandchildren, Abigail Juliano (Jacos), Meghan Arnold (Jesse), Madelyn Carter, Sadie Carter, Max Hines and Finley Hines; his great grandchild Luca Juliano; and his sister Kathy Burnett (Ronald) of Alton.
