He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Lyons and Margaret Lyons (Lucker); his wife Stella Ursch; his sons, Robert Lyons (Ann) of Rochester, MN, William Lyons (Martha) of Heyworth, IL and Richard Lyons (Cindy) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Daniel (Danielle), Thomas (Jenna), Andrew (Sara), Timothy, Emily Lyons, Bradley (Melissa) and Katie Hazelwonder (Tara Noyes); his great grandchildren, Jack, Claire, Madelynn, Mitchell Lyons, Ryan and Olivia Hazelwonder; and his sister Marjorie Walter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
