He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Kramer and Ardella F. Kramer (Sexauer); and his brother W. Richard Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl A. Kinglsey; his children, Lisa Scheldt (Darin) of Bunker Hill, Jill Dalton (Greg) of Palos Heights, IL, Melanie White (Jason) of Sebring, FL, Michael Kramer of Springfield, VA and John Kramer (Trisha) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Andrew (Jami), Steven Scheldt (Tiffani), Miye (Steven), Chiyo Aoki-Kramer (Carlos), Evelyn, Jack Dalton, Connor, Brendan, Tyler Simpson, Mason, Max Kramer, Summer Gilliland (Shea) and Cody Brooks (McFarland); and his great grandchildren, Karson, Kolton Scheldt, Althea, Shiloh, Eden Simpson, Olive, Mary, Josephine and Dorthy Gilliland.
