With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca L. Hogan of Godfrey, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy A. and Mary C. Boedeker (Walter); her spouse Francis J. "Bud" Hogan; and her sons, Patrick William Hogan and Francis "Hoagy" Hogan II.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Hogan of Alton; her grandchildren, Francis "Joey" III, Elizabeth (Charlie) and Shaun (Megan); her sister Libby; her brother-in-law Mack Kelly of Alton; her niece Sarah; her daughter Maddie Wahl of O'Fallon, MO; her nephew Kyle (Crista Kelly) of Jerseyville; her brother-in-law Kevin (Judy Morgan) of Alton; her nephew Josh; and her niece Hannah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the 5A's Animal Shelter or the TreeHouse Wildlife Center in Brighton.
