He is survived by: his father Virgil Hook of Godfrey; his wife Donna Laslie; his sons, Eric Maxon Sr. (Tiffany) of Alton, Hunter Hook of Alton and Chase Hook of Aiken, S. C.; his grandchildren, Gaige Davis and Eric Maxon Jr.; and his siblings, Debbie Osborne (Charles) of Aiken, SC, Joseph Hook (Joni) of Godfrey, James Hook (Leslie) of Godfrey and Karen Shimchick (Larry) of Alton.
