He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerhart Pohlman and Alice Pohlman (Kiel); his wife Lorene M. Wendle; his niece Mary Steckel (Tungett) of Jerseyville, IL; his grandchildren, Michael, Becky, David, Brian, Jackie, Olivia, Jennifer, Matthew, Natalie, Maggie, Peter, Claire, Leah, Greg and Suzanne; and his siblings, Ronald Pohlman (Toni) of Brussels Il, Estelle Osland, William and Ralph Pohlman. He was also cherished by five sons.
Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Ambrose Church of Godfrey, IL.
