She is survived by: her sons, Randolph David Scroggins (Nancy Cagle) of Bunker Hill, IL, Wesley Edward Scroggins (Mary Vice) of Naperville, IL, Bradley Dale Scroggins (Barbara Agnes) of Westerly, RI, Roger Dwight Scroggins (Beth Strohmeier) of Westfield, IN and Ted Warren Scroggins (Linda Langston) of Fountain Hills, AZ.; and her sisters, Geraldine "Gerry" King of Mt. Vernon, IL and Wanda Lucy Durborow of Fullerton, CA..

Juanita may be honored through memorial contributions to the St. Louis Children's Hospital.
