He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Mildred Palmer (Council); his children, Kimberly Andrews and Ricky Palmer; and his siblings, Jerald Palmer, Arlene Chastant and JoAnn Schoolcraft.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Palmer of Godfrey, IL; his children, Robert Palmer of Godfrey, IL and Dawn Happel (Scott) of Tampa, FL; his son-in-law Doug Andrews of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, Chelsea Wojtowicz (Ryan) of Wildwood, MO and Nathan Andrews of Scottsdale, AZ; his great grandchildren, Cole of Wildwood, MO and Noah Wojtowicz of Wildwood, MO; and his sister Judy Eubank of DeSoto, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and countless other family members and friends.
