He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Peter of Highland, Phillips of Highland and Richard Keene of Highland. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Rosignol and Polly Rosignol; his sisters, Renee and Alicia Rosignol; his niece Samantha; and his grandmother Shirley Keene. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Beverly Farm Foundation, Godfrey Illinois; or The Share Foundation with the Handicapped, Rolling Prairie Indiana.
