He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie C. Ditterline and May Lucille Ditterline (Swanson); and his siblings, Thomas Ditterline, Gloria Justice, Shirley Glenn and Sally Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Croxton; his children, Tammera Powell (Michael) of Alton, Jason Ditterline (Lisa) of Alton, Jim Ditterline (Jaime) of Brighton and John Michael "Mike" Ditterline (Sarah) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Megan, Amber, Mikey, Coleton, Danielle, Eric, John Lee and Tristyn; and his great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Chase, Brooklyn, Addie and Gus.
Memorials may be made to the Alton-Wood River Sportmen's Club.
