He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Frazer and Ruth Frazer (Kite); his wife Judith Ann Seely; his children, Marcia Zitka (Tony) of Cambridge, UK and Gregory Frazer (Jennifer) of St. Charles, MO; his grandchildren, Madeline, Samantha (Nicola Zitka), Justin and Matthew (Stephen Frazer); his sister Sandra Witzeman of Houston, TX; and also, Carol Spangenberg and JoEllen Brannon (Pat) of Jacksonville, IL..
