She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Twichell and Bernice Twichell (Hellrung); her son Rodger Downing; her grandson Kevin Maxey; her daughter-in-law Tammy Downing; and her siblings, Marilyn Quigley, Don Twichell, Jerry Twichell, Joe Twichell, Bobby Twichell, Jim Twichell (Mary Jane) and Tom Twichell.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Downing of Roxana and Terry Downing of Godfrey; her sisters, Jackie Lesicko (Ron) and Carolyn Bradley (Mike); her sister-in-law Pat Twichell; her daughter-in-law Angela Downing; her brother-in-law Jack Quigley; her grandchildren, Anna Maxey, Bradley Beck, Christa Barnett (Michael), James Downing (Elaina), Samantha Downing, Brooklyn Downing, Jarrod Downing and Michael Vinyard; and her goddaughter Kelly Huber. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
