He was predeceased by: his parents, Virlyn Richards and Louis Richards (Gee); his brother Ronald Richards; and his stepson Anthony Watt. He is survived by: his former wife Sheila Wall; his wife Mary Louise Watt (Hill); his sons, Tony Richards (Heather) of Mendon, IL, Stephen Watt (Pam Smith) of Brighton, IL and Robert Watt (Dottie) of Rosewood Heights; his siblings, Jeff Richards, Timothy Richards, Danny Richards and Patty Phillips; his grandsons, Michael Richards (Anna) of Quincy, IL and Dalton Richards of Mendon, IL; and his stepgrandchildren, Eric Watt, Cassandra Shivley, Jacob Watt, Tyler Watt, Sean Watt, Daniel Watt, Anthony Gene Watt, David Watt and Miki Watt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
