He is survived by: his spouse Madeen Bates; and his children, Victor Cook (Christine) of Mitchell, IL, Gary Cook (Jenni) of Gilroy, CA, Lloyd Cook of Alton, IL, Lora Dennis (Greg) of Granite City, IL and Barbara Cook of Moro, IL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 33 Great-grandchildren.
