He is survived by: his former wife Mary "Evelyn" Garrett (Roberts); his close friend Debbie Neuhaus of Alton; his children, Jack D. Garrett (Shari) of San Diego, CA, Sandi Arth of Saint Louis, MO, Sabrina Waters (Jerry) of Alton, IL and Chad Garrett (Elizabeth) of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, Sean Garrett, Stephanie Garrett, Richard Pinkowski (Sarah), Shelby Waters, Lucas Garrett, Abby Garrett, Courtney Garrett and Chelsey Kloeppel (Ben); his great grandchildren, Payton Petty, Killian Waters, Karsen Kloeppel, Shane Kloeppel and Ryan Kloeppel; and his sister Sharlyene Govero (Bill) of Cottage Hills, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
