He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert D. Forcade and Muriel B. Forcade (Oglesby); and his sister Jeanette Eubanks (Larry). He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Stuby (Kevin) of Grafton and Cindy Hendley (Gary) of Alton; his grandchildren, Daniel Stuby (Xiao "Charlie" Zhang), Andrea Stuby, Zachary Shanks (Jennifer) and Michael Stuby; his great grandchildren, Alexandria and Ezra Shanks; and his sister Kathy Noble (Tom Laengle) of Alton.
