He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin "Jim" and Wilma Barnard (Dawdy); and his great-uncle Joseph Barnard. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Billingsley; his sons, Jeremy Barnard (Candis) of Wood River and James Barnard (Melissa Munro) of Rosewood Heights; his grandchildren, Alex, Lucy, Adalyn, Aiden and Chaz; and his siblings, Beverly Elliott of Edwardsville, Becky Vaudrin (David) of Converse, TX, Brenda Barnard of Godfrey and Rob Barnard (Debra) of Alton.
