We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2022, at the age of 82, Frances Jean Chappell of Godfrey, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Joseph and Josephine Marie Vicari (Mancuso); her brother-in-law Clem Noll; and her former husband Mo Chappell. She is survived by: her friends, Barb Molloy, Kathleen Meyers, Jan Brown, Rosemary Richey, Linda Donato and Dixie Crane; her children, Tom Chappell (Sue) of Alton, Tracey Sankey (Kevin) of Warrenton, MO, Terri Chappell (Brad Toussaint) of Godfrey, Mike Chappell (Kim) of Columbia, MO and Jane Hale (Mark) of O'Fallon, IL; her grandchildren, Mike Chappell (Jen), Samantha Dodson (Corey), Mandi Elfgen (Chad), Holly Stroot (Kenny), Alison Hillen (Travis), Tanya Green, Katie Byrd, Kelly Crothers (Randy), Jacki Schranck (Stephen), Jake Grossheim, Myah Grossheim, Brittany Osborne (Jeremy), Ryan Chappell, Lauren Carberry (Kyle), Morgan Hale and Natalie Hale; and her sister Ro Noll of Alton. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew.
