We bid farewell to Eula M. Hatton of Godfrey, Illinois, born in Reyno, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 30, 2024 at the age of 90. Eula touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Rogers and Hazel Johnson; her husband Charles Hatton; her daughter Rita Diane Hatton; her son-in-law Greg Johnson; her grandson Jeremy Hatton; and her sisters, Peggy Price and Charlene Ruyle.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Swift (Tony) of Jerseyville, IL, Cheryl Johnson of Godfrey, IL, Patty Gibbons of Alton, IL, Jesse Hatton of Alton, IL, Charles Hatton Jr. of Troy, IL and Meg Rustin (Scott) of Troy, IL.; and her grandchildren, Kenny Swift, Heather Sauerwein, Amber Rucker, Beth Snyder, Joshua Robertson, Joey Pembrook, Jake Pembrook, Jared Schooley, Jennifer Hatton, Jay Burch-Wedding and Rachael Rustin.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Valhalla Memorial Park (2308 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035).
