Cordes Jr. (Godfrey, Illinois), born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, E. Harold Cordes and Marion Adell "Dell" Cordes (Miller); his former spouse Christene Cassella; his wife Martha Wyss; his son Daniel Cordes of Wood River; his stepchildren, Katy Davis (Chris) of Wilmington, NC and Joe Eckmann (Donna) of Lee Summit, MO; and his brother Dave Cordes (Liz) of Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to the William BeDell Achievement and Resource Center in Wood River.
