It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Viola Vinson of Godfrey, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Edsall and Pansey Edsall (Connor); her spouse Jackie Vinson; and her sister Vera Marks. She is survived by: her close friend Stanley Karrick; her children, Pamela Scott (Dave) of Greenfield, IL, Jeff Vinson (Theresa) of Dow, Laurie Adkins (Danny) of Bath, IL and Amy Wilson of Dow; and her siblings, Nathan Edsall (Sue) of Alton, Ronny Edsall (Babe) of Worden and Shirley Albrecht of Godfrey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
