He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Jay Phillips (Mary) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, Lucy and Riley; his son Brad Phillips (Laurie) of St. Louis; his grandsons, Tommy, Danny and David; his stepchildren, Jenny VanWyk (Greg), Betsy Maynard and Jeff Maynard (Kim); his stepgrandchildren, Jake (Maddie) and Annie; and his siblings, Bernice Haworth of Bethalto and Richard Phillips (Ann) of Alton.
