He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Westfall and Clara Westfall (Starkey); and his brother Roger Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Delores Webb; his daughters, Dena Westfall of Jerseyville and Jennifer McDonald (Keith) of Alton; his grandchildren, Kylie McDonald, Joshua Noe and Kami McDonald; and his sisters, Betty Thomas (Paul) and Linda Kolling (Neil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
