He was predeceased by: his father Arthur E McCollum; his wife Mary Lou McCollum; his mother Iva I McCollum (Blankenship); and his brothers, Dale McCollum and Dewitt McCollum.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregg McCollum of Godfrey, Brian McCollum and Barry McCollum; his grandchildren, Caitlin McCollum and Jesse McCollum (Scarlet); and his great grandchild Fergus McCollum. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
