Locke, Jr. of Alton, IL, Marcus George Locke of Cape Girardeau, MO and Doreana Mae Locke of Cottage Hills, IL; his stepchildren, Laurie Knudsen, Sherrie Perrine, Kevin Perrine, Christine Chartrand, Brad Perrine, Lisa Perrine, Jason Perrine and Randy Perrine; his grandchildren, Casey Wade (Walter II), Cory Locke, Tasha Turner, Connor Locke and Holden Locke; his great grandchildren, Kyra, Ja'nyah, Kr'shawn, Jade, Walter III and Za'braylee; and his siblings, Billy Locke and Marian Davis.
