She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Johnessee and Alice Johnessee (Butler); her children, Nancy Johnson (Darrell) of Arizona, Danny Lewis (Elaine) of Godfrey, Barbara Epperheimer of Alton, Richard Lewis (Cindi) of Georgia, Donald Lewis of Georgia and Carl Lewis of Florida; her brothers, Robert Johnessee (Juanita) of Bunker Hill and Bill Johnessee (Connie) of Bluffs; her sister-in-law Doris Johnessee of Alton; her cousin Gene Donithan; her daughter Marie Schlieper; her granddaughter Christine Miller; and her siblings, Richard Johnessee and Pansy Butler (Charles). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
