He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Clutts (O'Brien) and Raymond Clutts. He is survived by: his children, Delaney Clutts and Raymond Joseph Clutts; his sister Kathleen Evans (Richard); his niece Kelley Evans; and his nephews, Richard Evans (Tricia), Garrett Rickert and Connor Rickert. He is also survived by great nieces and nephew.
