He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Cosola and Maddalena Di Cosola; and his sister Maria Luigia Di Cosola. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Francesco Di Cosola (Danielle), Thomas Di Cosola (Stephanie) and John-Patrick Di Cosola; his grandchildren, Dominic Di Cosola and Isabella Di Cosola; and his siblings, Sarah Monteleone (late Genero), Michael Di Cosola (Anna) and Mary Lou Tommasone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to support Parkinson's Disease research at Rush University Medical Center.
