He is survived by: his wife Chrissie; his daughters, Allie, Allison Elizabeth and Emma Jane; the parent of his children Chrissie Smith of Bloomfield Hills, MI; his parents, Gary D. Smith of Cedar Rapids, IA and Pamela J Smith of Anamosa, IA; his sister Tiffany L Smith of Glen Ellyn, IL; and his nephew Alex D. Krug of Glen Ellyn, IL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and family.
In lieu of flowers, Todd's daughters request that memorial donations may be directed to The University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
