Carter of Rossville.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Carter (Eileen) of Villa Park, Illinois, Carol Ann Carter of Lake Forest, IL, Bridget Frank (Thomas) of Glenview, IL, Mary Hardy of Walnut Creek, CA, John Terrence Carter (Meryl Kramer) of Mattituck, NY and Thomas Clark Carter (Celeste Widolff) of Rossville, IL; her grandchildren, Courtney (Jason Nickerson), Connor (Ally) and Moira Dugan; her children, Tricia Park (Chan), Kevin Frank (Halie), Kyle, Claire (Ryan Morrison), Grant Hardy, Zev, Aidan Carter and Doyle Carter; her great grandchild Olivia Frank; and her grandchildren, Dominic, Raya, Cade Morrison, Remi Park, Sydney and Colton Dugan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a charity of one's own choice.
