With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald H. Galowich of Glenview, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 24, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leah and Lou; his brother Jerry; his aunt Myrtle Kahn; and his former wife Eleanor Bernstein Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Galowich; his children, Jeff Galowich (Elizabeth), Bob Galowich (Lee Ann) and Pamela Galowich; his grandchildren, Adam, Jenna and Rachel; his sister-in-law Deena Galowich Hyman; his children, David Galowich (Dana) and Lynn Galowich Page (Leon); and his grandchildren, Justin, RyAnne and Marissa. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ron's name can be made to Greater Joliet Area YMCA, Joliet Jewish Congregation, or Michael J. Fox Foundation.
