It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Neilson (Glenview, Illinois), who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Constantine "Gus" Savoy and Dionisia "Soula" Savoy; her former husband Minas Joannides; her husband William Neilson; and her sister Anne Zoros (Theodore).
She is survived by: her sons, Minas C. "Bus" Joannides (Noreen) and William James "Bill" Neilson; her grandsons, David Minas Joannides and Jack Devin Joannides; her nephew George Zoros; and her nieces, Denise Zoros, Melissa Peden and Cathy Vlahos (late Gus).
