With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick R. Conaghan Jr. (Glenview, Illinois), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: the mother of his children Martha Lee 'Marty Conaghan; his children, Blair Guncheon (Mark), Patrick Conaghan (Patricia Halley), Lesly Keegan (Dan), Meredith Conaghan (Ben Kline), Leo Conaghan, David Conaghan (Judy Goodman), Casey Conaghan (Charmaine Moses) and Mark Conaghan (Coleman Prewitt); his grandchildren, Cooper, Norris, Kit, Greer Guncheon, Kaela Kelly (Josh), Sean Conaghan, Molly (Tommy Stein), Billy (Emily Waltz), Clare Keegan, Caroline (J. P. Moran), Charlotte, Annabelle Kline, Matthew Brent, Annie, P. J., Hiedi, Kate, Kevin, Brian Conaghan, Kieran (Madeline Manzella), Quinn, Grace, Liam and Maren Conaghan; and his great grandchild Winston Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
