It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Pozniak of Glenview, Illinois, born in Taunton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Casimir Pozniak; her siblings, Joey and Joanie Folcik; and her parents, Joseph Folcik and Katherine Folcik.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Lisa), Michael (Tammy) and Mark Pozniak (Shari); her grandchildren, Brendon, Sarah, Jamie (Melissa) and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Viviana and Jensen; and her brother Michael.
