It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvyn Mick (Glenview, Illinois), who passed away on September 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his spouse Marita; his children, Amy, Mary, Robbie Frantal (Rob), Tom and Lorrie; and his grandchildren, Luke and Mark.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 25, 4-8 p.m. at the N.H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home. 1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview and Friday, October 26, 2018 from 9:15 am until time of the mass 10 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1747 Lake Ave., Wilmette.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to School Sisters of St Francis, 1501 S. Layton Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53215, for the orphanage in Santa Apolonia, Guatemala, where he volunteered extensively for many years.
