Matthew L. Doetsch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew L. Doetsch of Glenview, Illinois, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathleen Doetsch Hidy (late Jason); his sibling Thomas Doetsch (late Trudy); and his father Doetsch Realty. He is survived by: his wife Janet Doetsch; his children, Pamela Doetsch Waldvogel (Jim), Matt Doetsch (Jean) and Jerry Doetsch (Caryl); his grandchildren, Jason Hidy, Kristina Hyskaj (Andi), Kelly Bednikov (Stantcho), Alanna Young, James Waldvogel (Allison), Claire Vasquez (Matt), Matthew Doetsch, Wolfgang Doetsch and Augustus Doetsch; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Bailey, Weston, Ella and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Catherine Laboure Church (3535 Thornwood Ave, Glenview, IL 60026). A Mass was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
