It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Woltzen (Glenview, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 19, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Welch and Doris Welch (Ruddy); and her brothers, Patrick Welch, Paul and John Slezak.
She is survived by: her husband James M. Woltzen; her children, James Woltzen, Jr., Daniel Woltzen (Amanda Rule Woltzen), Amy Woltzen and Kate Woltzen (Sergio Obregon); her grandchildren, Zoey Obregon, Mila Obregon, Jack Woltzen, Henry Woltzen and Sam Woltzen; her sister Holly Price; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Welch and Carol Nelson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
