He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Tyler; his children, Emily Murphy (Chris), Courtney and Martin P. Tyler Jr.; his granddaughter Rosie Posey; and his brothers, Donald (Jayne) and Jon Tyler (Sarah). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
