She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Tulok and Mary Tulok (Kish); her former spouse Leslie L. Waggoner; her son Wayne L. Waggoner; her wife Debra Waggoner; and her children, Kurt (Allison), Scott Waggoner and Layla.
