We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 96, Lydia A. Krebs of Glenview, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lydia A. Krebs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Iwaniec and Marie Iwaniec; her husband J. Robert Krebs; and her daughter Mary Beth Krebs Kovacik (Bob Hoyler). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Philip Kovacik (Jessica Grey), Alice Kovacik (Carl Raezer), Ian Byrne (Kaeley), Emmett Byrne, Lydia Byrne (David Schwartz), Robert Krebs and Nicholas Krebs; and her great grandchildren, Rowan, Quinlan, Sloan Byrne and Lydia.

“I am sorry to learn that Lydia has passed away. She was a good friend. My husband and I met Lydia and her husband Bob shortly after they moved to Glenview. We have some nice dinners together. After Lydia and I lost our husbands we still kept in touch. I have sent a contribution to Sister Paulanne's Needy Family Fund in Lydia's memory. I'm sorry that I will be unable to attend her funeral but will say some prayers for her soul. Lorraine Milius 2601 Chestnut Ave. Unit 2610 Glenview, IL. 60026”
