He is survived by: his wife Kilso; his children, Catherine Miller (Jay), Sandra Schwarz (Paul) and Peter Lee (Laura); his grandsons, Philip, Christopher and William Miller; and his children, Andrew, Matthew, Ava Schwarz, Simon, Sienna and Jasper Lee.
