He was predeceased by: his wife Celeste Sweeney Ahern; and his siblings, John, Jim and Rosemary Ahern Bump. He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Celeste Lubin (Edward Lubin) of Sarasota, FL, Judith Marie Mitchell (Rodney Mitchell) of Boise, ID, Holly Ann Ahern (James Mikulak) of Austin, TX and Helen Josephine Ahern of Winnetka, IL.; his grandchildren, Casey Lerner, Sean Lubin, Alison Barone, Kevin Mitchell, Eric Mikulak and Heather Hardee; and his great grandchildren, Chase Barone and Ella Lerner.
